Setting up a new account is a breeze, and when you already have an Yahoo account in another country, just ask if they have free credits available. In every country I opened an Yahoo account I got a free credit, usually 50 euro. Your Yahoo accounts can be 'connected' together, so that with one login you can enter any account you have. Good luck!
