Six Essential Steps for getting Rich
Many people have the wish to get ‘rich’ or at least financially independent. But for many it merely stays at having a wish. Either they do not know how to achieve making enough money online. Or they do not actually believe that they will or can become rich. That’s why so many information ebook marketers are succesfull and keep being so: non-believers keep buying ebooks, read them, start to think about the possibilities, are overwhelmed by it or don’t believe the results and, after a while, buy a new ebook. Sounds familiar?
For all these people here is a must-read free ebook called ‘Think and Grow Rich’ by Napoleon Hill that gives some excellent advice and examples of the ATTITUDE that is needed in the first place to become succesful. And earn as much money as you want.
The part that really started me thinking is given below:
Every human being who reaches the age of understanding of the purpose of money wishes for it. Wishing will not bring riches. But desiring riches with a state of mind that becomes an obsession then planning definite ways and means to acquire riches and backing those plans with persistence which does not recognize failure will bring riches.
The method by which DESIRE for riches can be transmuted into its financial equivalent consists of six definite practical steps
- Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire. It is not sufficient merely to say “I want plenty of money.” Be definite as to the amount. (There is a psychological reason for definiteness which will be described in a subsequent chapter.)
- Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the money you desire. (There is no such reality as “something for nothing”.)
- Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire.
- Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once whether you are ready or not to put this plan into action.
- Write out a clear concise statement of the amount of money you intend to acquire name the time limit for its acquisition state what you intend to give in return for the money and describe clearly the plan through which you intend to accumulate it.
- Read your written statement aloud twice daily once just before retiring at night and once after arising in the morning. AS YOU READ— SEE AND FEEL AND BELIEVE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.
It is important that you follow the instructions described in these six steps. It is especially important that you observe and follow the instructions in the sixth paragraph. You may complain that it is impossible for you to “see yourself in possession of money” before you actually have it. Here is where a BURNING DESIRE will come to your aid. If you truly DESIRE money so keenly that your desire is an obsession you will have no difficulty in convincing yourself that you will acquire it. The object is to want money and to become so determined to have it that you CONVINCE yourself you will have it.
Only those who become “money conscious” ever accumulate great riches. “Money consciousness” means that the mind has become so thoroughly saturated with the DESIRE for money that one can see one’s self already in possession of it.
In my opinion these six rules are the most important rules you will ever read when you seriously want to earn a lot of money. It all starts with believing and visualising that you are worthy and able to earn a lot of money. This is the real secret of bringing into your life (the Law of Attraction) what you really want!
And as this example works for money it also can be used for anything else that you want to achieve in your life. So if you are just starting with earning money online, or are having problems realising your dreams, my recommendation is to download and read this free ebook about the six initial and essential steps in aquiring financial freedom or make any other dream in your life come true.

great post and book. i’ve read it before.
i think point 1 is the main reason most mid level affiliates take off so quickly. i’m so often goal setting in money terms its become an obsession. after the first $200 a day (financial freedom) the value of the money just seemed to disappear and it became more like a point system in a video game. “i just need to break that high score”, 250,500,1000 up and up and my brain keeps thinking up more and more ways to hit the next level.
if you’re just starting i’d definately read the law of attraction i merit a lot of my success to that book in terms of getting to the first $100 a day. ok, you can’t really imagine yourself a porsche in the driveway but you can get your brain subconsciously thinking of all the ways to get one.
its like anthony robbins says you won’t get the right result until you ask the right questions so get to asking the right ones. the law of attraction will get you doing that 24 hours a day and before you know it something will break and the rollercoaster ride begins…
